1. Introduction

At Agile MasterClass, accessible at www.agilemasterclass.org, we strive to provide high-quality masterclasses, courses, coaching, and free resources to help individuals and organizations succeed in their agile journeys. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions and process for requesting refunds for paid services or products purchased through our platform.

 
2. General Refund Policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase on Agile MasterClass. However, due to the nature of digital products and online courses, we apply the following refund terms: 

   Eligibility for Refunds
  • Refunds are NOT available for:
    • Courses and masterclasses that have been fully accessed, downloaded, or completed.
    • Coaching sessions already conducted or canceled without prior notice (see cancellation terms in Section 3).
    • Any free content or free mini-courses, as these are complimentary resources.
 
  • Refunds are available for eligible purchases as follows:
    • If you have purchased a course or masterclass and have not accessed more than 20% of the content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
    • Coaching session packages are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the first session.
 
   Non-Refundable Services
  • Products purchased during promotional periods or discounted sales are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion’s terms and conditions.

 

3. Digital Products and Online Courses

Agile MasterClass offers downloadable and streaming educational content, which falls under the category of non-tangible digital goods.

    As such:

  • Refunds will only be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as technical errors that prevented you from accessing the product, or if the product was misrepresented in its description.
  • Refund requests for dissatisfaction with the content will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
 
 
   Technical Access Issues
  • If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchased content, please contact us immediately at info@agilemasterclass.org for assistance. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
 
 
4. Coaching Sessions

Refunds or rescheduling for coaching sessions are subject to the following terms:

  • Cancellation Policy: Coaching sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund or reschedule.
  • No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled coaching session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Package Refunds: If you purchase a coaching package and wish to cancel the remaining sessions, a prorated refund will be provided based on the unused sessions, provided cancellation is requested within 30 days of purchase.

 

5. How to request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@agilemasterclass.org with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Order Number]”.
  2. Provide Details:
    • Your name and contact information.
    • Order number or proof of purchase.
    • A clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and provide you with a resolution.

 

6. Refund Process
  • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • For international transactions, exchange rate fluctuations or processing fees imposed by banks or payment providers may affect the refunded amount. Agile MasterClass is not responsible for these variations.
 
 
7. Consumer Rights and Governing Law
For European Union Consumers

Agile MasterClass is operated from the European Union and complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and other applicable European laws. Under EU law, customers are entitled to the following rights:

  • A 14-day cooling-off period for purchases of digital goods and services, during which you can withdraw from the purchase and request a refund.
 
  • Exceptions: This right does not apply once you have accessed, downloaded, or started using the digital content or service. By purchasing our courses or coaching services, you acknowledge and agree to this exception.
 
For Consumers outside of the EU

For customers outside the EU, local consumer protection laws may provide additional rights. While Agile MasterClass adheres to EU law as its governing framework, we aim to comply with applicable local consumer regulations in the following ways:

  • We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for customers in regions such as the United States, Australia, Canada, and other countries where consumer protection laws may provide broader rights than EU standards.
  • If your local regulations conflict with this policy, Agile MasterClass will work in good faith to find a fair resolution.
 
Governing Law

This Refund and Returns Policy, as well as all transactions on Agile MasterClass, are governed by the laws of the European Union and Croatia in the EU. In the event of a dispute, you agree that the courts of Croatia will have exclusive jurisdiction.
